Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. We will be happy to file your insurance claim for you but request your copay and coinsurance be paid on the day of treatment.
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card. We also have 0% interest payment plans available through Care Credit. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call Jeannie at 785-625-2200.
